Villa “Bulgarevo” - an original stone cottage, built at the beginning of the last century, was completely renovated to the highest standards in Spanish style in 2011. The 4.50 m high ceilings with exposed beams and the partially exposed 0.85 m thick original stonewalls create charming atmosphere inside the villa. The total living aria is about 200 sq m and offers three bedrooms, large sitting room, dining room, well equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine), two fireplaces, two bathrooms and terraces. The brand new furnishing (pictures to follow) gives the possibility for the comfortable stay of 6-8 people. All the necessary is available in the villa including kitchen utensils, bedding, towels, etc.

The villa is nestling in a well kept garden of 2000 sq m with a    7.00x3.50 m private swimming pool, 10 m deep well with pure drinking water, patio and considerable number of fruit and decorative bushes and trees: apples, cherries, apricots, plums, quince trees, fig trees and a huge walnut tree. A beautiful vine covers the patio and the terraces. Behind the cottage you find parking for several cars and a double garage.

Balgarevo is a charming fishing village with all necessary services and facilities: post office, tourist information centre, pharmacy, surgery, dentist, barber shop, hippodrome, swimming pool, petrol stations, car service garages, library with internet outlets and two churches, one of them rather ancient. Not less than 10 restaurants, food stores and the village market offer their services to the tourists. One of these restaurants on the outskirts of Balgarevo, with the strange name “Dalboka” (means deep), is famous throughout Bulgaria with its exotic mussels and fish dishes. You have to book a table well in advance.

The surroundings of Balgarevo are extremely attractive: cape Kaliakra (http://travelinos.com/sightseeing/n27-17396-Kaliakra_Cape) with its ancient Roman ruins, ancient Greek ruins of Yalata (http://kamenbryag.info/en/yailata-2/) on the high picturesque coast of Black Sea and natural reserve “Natura 2000”, a source of ecologically purest honey, which you can find at the village market. It is a paradise for birds watching. The nearest sandy and cosy beach “Bolata” is less than 5 minutes by car and a bit further are the beaches in Kavarna, Rusalka, Balchik and Albena. The regional centre Kavarna (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kavarna) is only 6 km away with its historic centre, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, shops, tennis-courts, golf courses, swimming pools and modern hospital. Frequent regular bus services connect Kavarna with the beautiful sea capital of Bulgaria the city of Varna with its very modern trade centres, beautiful parks, museums, restaurants, bars and a delfinarium. In Varna are the nearest to Balgarevo international seaport and airport.
